In this summer bootcamp kids will learn age appropriate exercises and training that will help gain strength in the muscles, endurance, and confidence. Training will be in small groups to allow for more engagement with the trainer.

It’s your classic barre class with isometric holds, small movement repetitions, form focus, and motivating music! Make it your own, with challenges and modifications.
Clients will warm-up, strengthen and lengthen muscles at the barre and on the mat, and stretch to finish.
All fitness levels welcome. Please inform your instructor if you are pregnant, or have previous injuries so that she can offer you modifications and determine if barre is the best fit for you!

barre-tenders will feel most comfortable in class wearing leggings, a tank top or T-shirt, bare feet or grippy socks
Isometric holds and small controlled movements target muscle groups for that “shake to change” burn you can only get in a barre class
